Cake Pops!
Ingredients
- A box of cake mix
- Oil, eggs, water (ingredients to make the cake)
- Candy melts
- Lollipop sticks
- Cake pop stand or Styrofoam
Instructions
- Follow the directions on a box of cake mix.
- Let the baked cake cool completely. Then, crumble the cake into fine crumbs using your hands
- Add a small amount of frosting to your cake crumbs
- Roll the cake mixture into balls about 1″ wide.
- Set your cake balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet or plate and put them in the freezer or refrigerator until chilled.
- Microwave your candy melts in bowl on low power for 30-seconds at a time until the coating is completely melted.
- Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted coating and then into a cake ball, gently pushing until the stick is about half way through the cake ball. Turn your cake pop upright and set it in your styrofoam block or cake pop stand.
- Set the cake pops in the fridge to chill for dipping.
- Dip each chilled cake pop straight down into the melted coating until the cake ball is completely covered and sealed.
- Set your cake pops in your styrofoam block or cake pop stand until the coating has hardened. Or while the coating is still wet use sprinkles, candies, or sugars to decorate your cake pops.
- Enjoy it!.
Shrimp Ceviche! (Ecuadorian Ceviche)
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of cooked shrimp
- 2 red onions sliced very thinly
- 4 tomatoes sliced very thinly
- Juice of 5 lemons
- Juice of 2 orange
- ½ cup of ketchup
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- Salt, pepper and oil
Instructions
- Soak the onion slices in salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse well and drain.
- Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour (2 hours is ideal).
- Serve with tostones (fried green banana or green plantain chips) or pop corn.
- Enjoy it!
Koreans eat rice 3 times a day. Koreans don’t have special meal
for breakfast, but they have many kinds of cooking rice. Kimbap is good for
picnic or lunch box. Also, you can try put some food what do you like. For
example, many Koreans put tuna and mayo in it, it’s not traditional.
Just call name what in Kimbap : Tuna Kimbap, Cheese Kimbap, Bulgogi Kimbap,
Vegitable Kimbap and so on. Let’s try today!
