My favorite memory so far in Atlanta

My favorite memory so far in Atlanta is the first trip to the Great Smoky Mountains with my family. We wanted to see the fall colors on trees and enjoy the camping.

After a two-hour drive from my son’s school, we arrived at the camping site. It is in a really great location by the river and the view is very beautiful. Also there are a camping car, a fire grill, a table, and several chairs. After looking around there we made a fire and cooked steak for dinner on the fire grill. It was not as much a good sleep in camping car as we anticipated. But the first campfire was very funny and happy. The first night’s camping became an unforgettable memory.

We set out the next morning towards “Clingmans Dome”, which is at the top of the highest mountain in the Great Smoky Mountains. We went there in early November, which is good time to see turning colors of the leaves. The panoramic views over the peaks and the passing scenes on the running car were very sublime and fantastic.
